Terms of Trade

1. USD/CNY Payment Terms — For orders quoted in USD or CNY, a minimum of 50% advance payment is required before order processing begins. The remaining balance must also be paid in USD or CNY. If the final balance is paid in MWK (Malawian Kwacha), the due amount will be recalculated based on the exchange rate on the actual payment date.
2. MWK Payment Terms — For orders quoted in MWK, a 100% full prepayment is required before the order can be processed.
3. Shipping Timeline — Orders are typically shipped within 10 business days, except for customized or made-to-order products. Estimated delivery timelines by shipping method are:
  • Airfreight: Within 2 weeks
  • Airfreight with batteries or liquids: More than 3 weeks
  • Seafreight: Approximately 8 weeks on average
4. Delivery Notification and Pickup — Once the package arrives in Malawi, customers will be notified via Email and WhatsApp. Upon receiving this notification:
  • Final payment must be made within 3 business days
  • Goods must be collected promptly after payment
  • For seafreight goods over 20kg, pickup should be arranged on the same day of notification
5. Storage and Late Collection — ENJOYBIZ provides free storage for up to 14 days after arrival in Malawi. After this grace period:
  • A storage fee of 5,000 MWK per day will be charged
  • If the goods remain unclaimed for more than 2 months, ENJOYBIZ reserves the right to dispose of the goods at its sole discretion, including but not limited to resale or destruction
6. Special Circumstances — If you are unable to make payment or collect your goods on time due to exceptional or unavoidable situations, please contact the ENJOYBIZ team in advance to discuss possible alternative arrangements.
7. Agreement and Consent — By making any payment (either partial or full) towards an order, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all of the above terms and conditions in full.
